Frank Schubert, who comes from Rottweil, is the first student to be awarded the Baden-Württemberg regional prize in the European Satellite Navigation Competition. In addition to the 5,000E, Schubert receives "business angel" coaching, support in patenting his idea, and a rent-free office in Karlsruhe or in the Technologiepark Tübingen-Reutlingen (TTR).
