"The companies are predominantly satisfied with Baden-Württemberg as a technology location," says Dr. Wolfgang Epp, Chief Executive Officer of the Reutlingen Chamber of Industry and Commerce, which conducted the study "Satellite Navigation in Baden-Württemberg: Status Quo and Potentials". Only technology companies with many years of experience in satellite navigation were surveyed. Most of them are active in the fields of mobility and logistics, construction and geodesy. However, the companies also see potential in other industries, such as the leisure sector. The study was presented today, at the INTERGEO 2015 trade fair, in Stuttgart.
