Two startups from the ESA BIC in Baden-Württemberg have made it to the TOP 10 candidates of the ESA Competition. Xylene from Reutlingen with a blockchain application for tracking supply chains, and ConstellR from Freiburg, which can collect data on land surface temperature and make predictions on soil moisture and crop yields. Both candidates stand the prospect of an extensive mentoring program from ESA as winners of the Challenge, as well as participation in the Global Space Congress in Abu Dhabi in May 2021. We are keeping our fingers crossed for both startups!
